Yesterday I shared my favorite moments from 2013 LPW weddings. Today I want to share some of my favorite details from this year. From paper to cakes to linens to shoes, there is no doubt that my LPW brides have style. I haven’t gotten all the images back from 2013, but I loved pulling from these and reliving the planning process. Details to me make each couple’s day unique and different from any other. I love collaborating with my clients and creative partners to find the perfect shade of pink ribbon or the right cake topper that makes a statement. Details aren’t important to everyone (and that’s OK!), but my LPW clients find value in showing their personalities in their design. So dive on in and soak up this inspiration. Oh! And don’t forget to use our newest blog feature, the pin it button. Just hover over the image and click pin. Easy peezy!!
First up, Nicole + Matt’s invitation suite. The classic, letterpress William Arthur was one of my all time favorites. It had a ribbed stripe texture in the paper that made it so much more special when you hold it in your hands. See more from this stunner of a wedding from Nancy Ray here and here.
I have never seen so many jaws drop as when Joy and Hudson’s guests entered the rotunda at the Greensboro Country Club. We suspended a giant rod iron chandelier covered in fresh greenery and florals and it was certainly a WOW factor. I can always count on Whitebox Photography to capture every detail perfectly. See the rest of this lovely day here and here.
You will have to wait a bit longer to see all the gorgeousness from Erin and Brandon’s day. But, I could not resist sharing this sweet ring bearer pillow. I squealed when I saw the giant monogram. Alexa’s Photography captured this sweet ring shot and it is one of my favorites!
I loved working with Abby and John because they were not afraid of some color! I could not have been more pleased with their flowers (actually provided by their church flower guild!). Cade Bowman captured this moment (and awesome bouquet shot) during their first look.
Stilettos and pumps are always a stunner, but I love a bride who wants something a bit different. Anna (see her wedding to Kyle by Stephen Thrift over here) had these custom Chucks made for herself and the rest of the bridal party. Everyone was so comfy and cut it up on the dance floor all night!
Blaire and Matt (more here!) had the most beautiful blush and bashful soiree you have every seen. I had a hard time picking my favorite detail because there were so many! It is a tie between our custom die cut programs from Lemonseed and Co and these amazing hand painted champagne flutes we had commissioned. Autumn Song captured each one beautifully!
Another lovely day you haven’t seen yet! Meaghan and Tim tied the knot in November and I am still working on their post. I love this shot from Autumn Song of Meaghan and her maids. These robes are just perfect for getting ready in and make a great photo op!
I couldn’t resist sharing another detail from Nicole and Matt‘s June wedding with Nancy Ray. I loved every detail on our tables, but these petal linens were a show stopper. They complimented Amy Lynne Originals floral design perfectly.
Do you have any favorite LPW wedding details from 2013? I would love to hear!!
